Based in Tio'tia:ke/Montreal, Razan AlSalah is a Palestinian filmmaker whose work is concerned with investigating material aesthetics of dis/appearance of places and people in the context of colonial image worlds. Her work has shown at community-based and international film festivals & galleries including RIDM, HotDocs, Yebisu, Melbourne, Glasgow and Beirut International, Sharjah Film Forum, Union Docs, Anthology Film Archives, Irish Museum of Modern Art, SFMOMA and Sursock Museum. AlSalah currently teaches Intermedia and Moving Images at Concordia University in Tio'tia:ke/Montreal.
